People of the world, we believe that we are on the cusp of a revolution in the labor market. We will witness a profound transition from a post-industrial revolution market to a new, merit-based, globally competitive labor market. We have a few theses about how this new market will come to be, and we'd like to share them here:
* Word-of-mouth will continue its rise to dominate the future of effective marketing.
* The list of extraordinarily successful companies of the future will primarily consist of ones that are trusted and loved by their customers.
* Over the long run, customers won't love and trust a company more than a company loves and trusts them (as in any relationship).
* We will trust our employees to do the right thing for the company.
* We will trust our employees to do the right thing for the customers.
* We believe that work-life balance is important, and we expect everyone in the company to achieve it. We believe that when there is balance, everyone's output actually increases.
* We believe that chronic stress is the enemy, degrading our judgment, energy, motivation and creativity.
* Working from home is not a way to do less work - it's a way to be more productive when it's appropriate. Being able to stay at home and focus, while saving the time normally spent commuting makes good sense where it's appropriate.

* If you can't take a vacation without checking in at the office, you're probably not doing your job right. The company should be able to make decisions and operate normally in your absence.
* We understand failure is part of the learning process.
We can prove that having a business "in the flow" allows you to more easily grow a start-up, attract higher quality people and ensure their productivity is the highest it can be.
During growth, being in the flow will allow for growth of individuals within the company and as a CEO provide you with a work-life balance that will lead to a clear mind and abilty to be productive and make the best decisions possible.
